IMPACT FITNESS CLASSES

Impact Fitness has a focus on cardio-based classes that run weekdays morning and evenings as well as Saturday mornings. Our passion is value for money, which is why we run a larger range of classes than our competitors at cheaper prices. We mix our timetable up to give you choices of Cardio Boxing, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weight based and body weight circuits, boot camps as we often use weight machines and cardio equipment in our classes. No two classes are the same and with such a variety you will want to come back for the next class, as you never know what you are going to get. We create an energetic environment where you will exercise to high-energy music and our instructors will motivate and guide you to achieve your goals.

Casual Fees/Membership

Casual Fee: $15 per class.
Members: Weekly $45/week
Members: 6 months $40/week
Members: 12 months $35/week

Impact Fitness Somerville - Gym, Boxing, HIIT, Circuit, Personal Training, Fitness Centre Impact Boxing $15 60min Class Impact Boxing classes consist of a 60min cardio workout which includes a combination of boxing, cardio and strength work. These classes are designed for a whole body workout to build strength, fitness and endurance whilst toning the body. They are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. You will learn some boxing techniques, however our focus is on cardio fitness.

Impact Fitness Somerville - Gym, Boxing, HIIT, Circuit, Personal Training, Fitness Centre Bootcamp/HIIT $15 45min Class Bootcamp is a HIGH INTENSITY interval training session for those who enjoy fat burning and muscle endurance. It consists of a combination of indoor and outdoor training and includes cardio, weights, core strength and fitness work designed to build muscle, lose weight and tone up. Suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels and are a great way to kick start your day.
Impact Fitness Somerville - Gym, Boxing, HIIT, Circuit, Personal Training, Fitness Centre Circuit/Weight Circuit $15 45min Class Circuit Training incorporates the use of gym equipment, weights and functional equipment to build strength and cardio to tone your body. This is a "non-stop" class full of variety and you go at your own pace. Circuit Training is ideal, as you DO NOT REQUIRE A PARTNER and is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
Impact Fitness Somerville - Gym, Boxing, HIIT, Circuit, Personal Training, Fitness Centre Youth Boxing $15 45min Class Impact Fitness Youth boxing is a class designed for those who want to learn the basic punches and exercises, before progressing to the more advanced boxing and cardio classes. This class is designed to provide youth with confidence whilst getting fit. Suitable for all ages 10 to 16.
Impact Fitness Somerville - Gym, Boxing, HIIT, Circuit, Personal Training, Fitness Centre Legs and Abs $15 45min Class This workout is aimed at targeting legs and abs. Commonly referred to as tummy hips and thighs. Great way to improve leg and core strength and toning whilst targeting those hard to progress areas.
Impact Fitness Somerville - Gym, Boxing, HIIT, Circuit, Personal Training, Fitness Centre School/Sport Groups 45min Class If you're part of a football/sports club and want some pre/on season training, we can design custom fitness programs to suit your teams' requirements. Our group boxing, weight training and HIIT sessions compliment club training and give your team the edge over your competitors with a focus on improving strength and conditioning and cardio fitness. Bookings are essential.
