We have 5 Personal Trainers at Impact and one will suit your needs. Whether it is muscle building, toning or weight loss we will have a trainer that can assist you with the perfect program and provide the correct nutritional advice to suit your body type. Our 1 on 1 sessions are an intensive workout designed specifically for your individual needs. Impact Fitness Somerville also offers you the option to workout with a partner. By bringing a friend you not only share the cost of the session, but you still get all the benefit of our experienced trainers but in a more personal and private environment. The sessions are intensive and will be catered to you and your partner's requirements.

Mitch Mace BOOK A PT SESSION Co-owner, Mitch has over 12 years experience in the fitness and boxing industry, having competed as an amateur boxer and kickboxer. He has been a qualified Group Instructor and Personal Trainer for 4 years and recently back from Thailand and Europe where he was training and advancing his skills as a trainer/coach.

Cert III and IV Personal Training & Fitness
Master Trainer

Steve Wood BOOK A PT SESSION Steve is part owner at Impact Fitness and is highly motivated at age 51. He is a qualified Personal Trainer that specialises in muscle gain. He also enjoys taking many of our boxing and circuit group classes and is knowledgeable on nutrition, training programs, diet plans and supplements.

Robyne Wood BOOK A PT SESSION Co-owner, Robyne having suffered anxiety for most of her life, decided to make a life change and about five years ago changed her lifestyle by exercising daily and eating properly. Since making this lifestyle change, her anxiety has been under control without any medication. She now loves her daily fitness routine, as it provides "me time" from her busy schedule of being a mum, wife, business woman.
Jack Inglis BOOK A PT SESSION Jack has been a Personal Trainer for 3 years and has helped people achieve their goals in general fitness, weight loss, muscle toning and muscle gain using many different styles of training designed to suit their individual requirements including boxing, strength and conditioning and weights.

Tim Smith BOOK A PT SESSION Tim is very passionate about nutrition and can help clients with a customised nutritional program. Tim's specialty is body composition transformation and hypertrophy strength training which is a method of strength training intended to induce the fastest muscle growth, without losing efficacy over an extended period of time.

Amelia Lightowler Amelia is 16 and is currently doing a traineeship out of Impact Fitness and is studying her Cert 3 in Fitness.
