MITCH MACE

Mitch is part owner of Impact Fitness Somerville - bringing a dream to run his own gym come true.

Mitch has over 9 years experience in the fitness and boxing industry, having competed as an amateur boxer and kickboxer.

He has been a qualified Group Instructor and Personal Trainer for 4 years and recently back from Thailand and Europe where he was training and advancing his skills as a trainer/coach.

Mitch is passionate about all things fitness and always looking to help people achieve their goals no matter who they are.

STEVE WOOD

Steve and Robyne are part owners of Impact Fitness Somerville.

Steve is highly motivated and is genuinely interested in health and wellbeing and helping people realise their true potential. Steve likes to remain quietly behind the scenes as he works full time elsewhere, but he is around the gym a lot making sure everything runs smoothly and everything is clean and serviceable. He is very comfortable taking PT’s and group classes but likes to leave that to the younger trainers. He is also knowledgeable on nutrition, training programs, diets plans and supplements.

ROBYNE WOOD

Robyne is a mother of two beautiful girls, and has a hectic schedule like most mums. She has a background in private investigation work but her passion is health and fitness awareness. Impact Fitness is a dream come true.

Having suffered anxiety for most of her life she decided to make a life change and about five years ago changed her lifestyle by exercising daily and eating properly. Since making this lifestyle change, her anxiety has been under control without any medication. She now loves her daily fitness routine, as it provides "me time" from her busy schedule of being a mum, wife, business woman.

 

JACK INGLIS

Jack started boxing when he was 14 years old and has been lucky enough to train with some of the best boxing coaches who all have a wealth of knowledge in the industry and has learned a great deal about technique and fighting.

Jack has been a Personal Trainer for 3 years and has helped people achieve their goals in general fitness, weight loss, muscle toning and muscle gain using many different styles of training designed to suit their individual requirements including boxing, strength and conditioning and weights.

BEC PHILLIPS

Bec has been working her dream job as a personal trainer for 2 and a half years now. She has completed her Cert 3 & 4 in fitness at AIF and received her Master Trainer Certification. She has also completed her Certificate of Exercise Nutrition at FIA and attended a level 1 Seminar in Physique Transformation and Bikini Modelling.

Bec is currently studying Metabolic Precision Nutrition and will be offering this to clients as of August. Bec specialises in body transformations through proper nutrition and exercise programming. Offering PT sessions and nutritional consults for fat loss, lean muscle building, increased strength and weight maintenance.

TIM SMITH

Tim has been involved in the Fitness Industry for a few years and prides himself on practicing what he preaches. He is very passionate about nutrition and can help clients with a customised nutritional program.

Tim's specialty is body composition transformation and hypertrophy strength training which is a method of strength training intended to induce the fastest muscle growth, without losing efficacy over an extended period of time. Tim can also customise personal training programs for general fitness, weight loss and body toning.
