Every day I am grateful for being surrounded by such inspiring, positive and motivating trainers and members. I love being able to listen to the clients and help them when they need someone to talk to about life, kids, school, home, etc. as well as exercise and nutrition. Most of the time life can be crazy for most people so just knowing that I can help them in such a small way is rewarding in itself.
And lets not forget about the gorgeous babies that come into the gym – I’m never short on cuddles.

To keep developing my own personal skills such as confidence, knowledge, etc. so I can help other people who suffer from confidence issues and anxiety achieve their goals and overcome the associated fears holding them back. Also, having suffered anxiety myself I would like to continue to support and help others show them how important it is both mentally and physically take care of yourself.

I enjoy the fact that being apart of impact doesn’t feel like being apart of just a gym but apart of a big family , also helping people every day with there goals not only physically but mentally.
